they ran our credit after we said no Thanks, their interest was much more than our current , they have done nothing to help remove the inquiry or call us back. wont even send a letter to say it was a mistake to run so we can remove it, to bad they did this, was a happy customer until now, they were at 4.99 and we already had a 3.5., they were well informed of this , now no response , no calls or emails to help with this issue , will no longer do or refer people this company, they are not right , i have emailed a few times and got nothing in return, good luck to people who do future, businesses with these people
